In association with the Walou charity, The UCL Arabian Society presented an evening to broaden awareness of the situation of Street Children globally. Film screening one boy's daily struggles as he grows up on the streets of Morocco.

The film screening was followed by an open panel discussion with;

- Maiya Ahmed, Seniour Paediatric Pharmacist, Head of Child Health & Research, Walou

- Therese Hesketh- UCL Professor in Global Health (Institute of Child Health)

- David Maidement- International UK’s Children’s Rights Adviser, Chair of the Consortium for Street Children from 1998- 2008, Founder of the Railway Children Charity

- Barack Ojjem from Hope for Victoria Children
